Second time, not so good, didn't stick around. Left after waiting about 20 minutes for the first drink. What made it bad was that we were seated just opposite the bar, so why so long to get drinks? The waitress seemed more keen on serving the customers who already had their meal. Overall she didn't seemed to take to us after I requested to be seated somewhere else as she tried to place my partner and I between two tables of a group of people, the space between the tables was literally maybe just over an arms length. Clearly she was trying to arrange seating to make it more convenient for her by having most her customers in close range, but very uncomfortable and awkward when your trying to have a romantic dinner with your partner. Did not liked the way she looked at me when I requested to be seated elsewhere, did not appreciate the neglect towards us after moving. Sorry but it seemed deliberate. I had chills when I left cause she seemed so cold. She did not smiled at us, nothing.
- Chris Konopka Review added: 2018.03.28★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆3rd and 4th Visit and the Food Quality has gone down. The food is now not as good quality and it seems to have slipped and is just mediocre. Such a shame as this was a lovely location.
Had a great Meal. Had a 3 course meal for 17.95 on Bank Holiday. Was Warm cozy feeling inside. Food was great and plenty of it. Service was real good, and they had a great selection of drinks as well as lots of great cocktails.
Upon a Second visit we received some of the same great service we have come to expect from this restaurant. Id advise getting a reservation if you want to eat in the evening as it gets busy or if larger groups of people. But same high quality food and service the second and third times ive been. Real good food. I would also highly recommend the sharing desert platter.
